Questions
The ones we get asked first
- Is it cloud or on-premise?
- Cloud. Novatrax hosts, backs up and updates it; you sign in from any browser. Nothing to install and no server to look after.
- How is it priced?
- An annual subscription per company, sized by the modules and users you need. Ask for a quote and you will have it within a business day.
- Can we bring our existing data?
- Yes. Employees import from Excel, and we post your opening balances so the ledger starts where your last one stopped.
- What happens at year end?
- You close the year: it is locked against back-dated entries, with a reopen if the auditors need one. Statements and returns come from the closed figures.
